Save for a few stubborn spots, Thursday's winds have brought in some much warmer temperatures!
That trend will continue as winds strengthen Friday.
Winds will steadily pick up overnight, and peak early Friday afternoon.
Gusts as high as 40 miles per hour will be possible.
Temperatures will be mild Thursday night, with some spots staying above freezing.
Highs will be in the 50s and even as warm as 60 degrees Friday!
Of course, we can't expect warm temperatures to last forever.
Another cold front is set to push through the state Saturday evening.
There's still some disagreement in the models on the exact timing of the cold front.
However, confidence is increasing that it will bring a mix of wintry conditions.
Rain, and freezing rain will be possible, before precipitation turns to snow Saturday night into Sunday.
This means roads will become icy, and snow will fall on top of the ice.
Stay tuned for the latest updates on this next round of winter weather.
