Winds pick up with temperatures in the 40s for Thursday

Another windy day with above average temperatures is set for your Thursday.

And not only tomorrow but through the weekend we can expect winds gusting from 35 to 45 mph for the Capital and the Electric City.

Many Montanans are under a High Wind Watch Friday night into Saturday morning due to winds picking up and gusting to 60 mph.

Mountain snow showers will be possible over the next few days with a chance for some rain and snow moving in late Saturday night through Sunday.

Rain looks to be the main culprit for Great Falls on Sunday where rain and snow is possible in Helena to end the weekend.

Chances for snow could be on the rise for many of us on Tuesday so stay tuned as we get closer to next week.
