Winds are starting to pick up Friday, and we're tracking some very strong winds to start the weekend.

Gusts have already eclipsed 60 miles per hour along the Rocky Mountain Front.

A High Wind Warning is in effect for nearly all of North Central Montana on Saturday.

The strongest gusts will be, as usual, along the Front, with gusts up to 90 miles per hour possible.

Gusts of 50 to 70 miles per hour are possible for the rest of the area on Saturday.

With the strong winds, temperatures will be warm, peaking in the 40s, but will start to fall in the afternoon as a cold front moves in.

Skies will be mostly sunny Saturday, but some mountain snow is possible.

Accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are likely near Marias Pass, which, when coupled with very strong winds, will make fore difficult travel in the area.
