Temps Rebound Nicely Thursday

Much Warmer Air Ahead

and last updated

After another cold night tonight, temperatures will rebound nicely on Thursday and stay that way into next week.

We do anticipate winds to pick up as we head towards the end of the week, with the potential for an even higher wind threat Sunday into Monday.

Blowing snow may be a problem initially, but as the snow begins to melt and crust over, the threat of blowing snow will likely diminish.

We'll continue to keep an eye on trends as we get closer to the higher wind event later this weekend. A disturbance will move into the area mid next week which will drop our temperatures to near freezing and bring a slight chance of some rain/snow showers. We'll keep monitoring that system as well.
