Hazy skies Thursday will give way to rainy skies Friday.

We're already seeing some precipitation in Southern Montana, and that will begin to move north overnight.

Showers and thunderstorms will impact Central Montana early Friday, and lift toward the Hi-Line into the afternoon and evening.

Additional rain chances are possible Saturday and Sunday.

Through the weekend most of the state will be in line to pick up half an inch of rain or more.

In fact, there's even a slight flash flood threat, mainly along the divide.

The rain is also bringing with it cooler temperatures.

Highs will fall into the 70s and 80s for most of us Friday, with some warmer spots in Eastern Montana.
