Monday has been another warm day!
However, cooler air is going to start moving in soon.
Overnight lows will be in the low to mid 20s Monday night, and highs in the low to mid 30s are expected on Christmas Eve.
As the cooler air moves in, so will some light snow.
Snow will start falling to our southwest Monday night, before moving into North Central Montana on Tuesday.
Another wave of light snow will be possible in Southeast Montana Christmas day.
In general, just scattered snow showers are expected, with most spots seeing less than an inch of accumulation.
The exception being Southwest Montana, where an inch or two is possible at the lower elevations, and up to half a foot in the mountains.
There, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through the day on Tuesday, and snow could be enough to make roads slippery.
