Temperatures are going to be dropping soon.
A cold front is slated to move through our area, from west to east, starting early Thursday.
Temperatures for most of the area will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s Thursday, but Eastern Montana will be warmer, still in the 90s.
The front will also bring a chance for rain, starting along the Rocky Mountain Front in the late morning, and pushing east and breaking apart through the day.
The rain will be in the form of scattered showers, and widespread heavy rain is not expected.
Most of us will see a quarter inch or less.
Winds will also gust to around 30 miles per hour as the front pushes through.
