Lingering showers will take us through the first portion of the day Wednesday.

The Rocky Mountain Front will catch the brunt of the morning rain.

The rain and warmer temperatures will increase the snow melt in this area which may cause some flooding.

Cloudy skies will take us through the noon hour before more storms move in later this afternoon.

The strongest storms this afternoon will be primarily east of Lewistown.

This is not to say that we won't get a few stronger storms in our area.

The trend of afternoon showers and thunderstorms will take us through the remainder of the work week.

Temperatures will begin to climb on Saturday with highs eventually reaching the high 60s on Sunday.

Isolated afternoon storms will remain a possibility through the weekend.
