The work week will start out a bit cool before strong wind takes over once again on Tuesday.
Temperatures will stay in the low to mid 30s for most on Monday.
Wind is on track to pick up overnight Monday, and last through the New Year.
The National Weather Service has a High Wind Watch scheduled to go into effect tonight for North Central Montana.
Very strong wind is expected in this region, likely around 30 to 40 mph with gusts at 70 mph.
Rain and snow is on track to follow the wind and take us into the New Year on Wednesday.
Western and North Western Montana is expected to catch the brunt of the snow.
Areas East to the Divide will likely see more rain than snow as temperatures are expected in the mid 40s.
