Friday will bring another round of strong wind to Central Montana.
The strongest wind will remain along the immediate vicinity of the Rocky Mountain Front and throughout North Central Montana.
Wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are very likely today.
High profile vehicles and tractor trailers should use extreme caution today.
The benefit to the wind will be much warmer temperatures East of the Continental Divide.
Most of Central Montana will be well into the high 40s and even low 50s on Friday.
If you have travel plans taking you to the Northwest; take note a significant winter storm system will continue to impact this portion of the state on Friday.
Although not quite as severe, strong wind will continue on Saturday.
The wind this weekend will allow for even warmer temperatures on Saturday.
We're expected to begin cooling off on Monday.
Temperatures will trend closer to average next week, and remain in the mid 30s for most.
Although we're cooling off, precipitation is expected to be very limited.
