Rain and snow is anticipated to stick around through Wednesday morning.

Most of Central Montana will just see rain from this passing system, with occasional flurries.

Great Falls to Stanford will likely continue to see some snow accumulation.

Kings Hill pass is expected to see the greatest accumulations, likely around 4 to 7 inches.

Daytime highs are on track to reach the low 40s for our area on Wednesday.

High pressure will rebuild on Thursday and Friday.

This will allow for much warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine.

The trade off is that Friday is expected to become windy once again.

Forecast models are suggesting that an aggressive cold front will push through the state this weekend.

This would open the door for decent snow accumulation and much cooler temperatures.
