Our next weather maker moves in Saturday night and lasts through Sunday.
An area of low pressure will make its way inland Saturday evening, bringing with it plenty of moisture.
This moisture will meet up with cold Canadian air early Sunday morning in turn producing widespread snow for all of Montana.
On average most of the state will see 1-3 inches.
The Hi-Line, especially near Glasgow will have the potential to receive around 5-8 inches.
The reminder of the Hi-Line down to Great Falls should pick up 3-5 inches.
Helena and South Western Montana will likely see around 1-3 inches.
Much colder temperatures will follow the passage of this system.
Daytime highs are expected to remain in the 30's through Tuesday.
