Spotty showers will continue to dance across Central Montana on Friday.

Two batches of moisture are expected to move through our area today.

This fist of which will primarily impact Great Falls and Lewistown through the noon hour.

The second wave looks to be a bit more widespread.

This second round of energy will kick off a few showers around Helena this afternoon.

Heavier showers are expected from Kalispell to Cut Bank.

Great Falls and Havre will likely see some of the rain out of this system late into the evening.

High pressure will rebuild as we enter the weekend.

This will allow for sunny skies and temperatures well into the 80s.

The dry and above average temperatures are expected to hang around through Monday.

Forecast models diverge greatly next week.

Right now the week is looking to start out mild and dry.
