Sporadic flurries will continue overnight Saturday and temperatures are on track to fall to the teens.
Sunday is anticipated to be a bit cloudy with a few more pop up flurries.
Most of the daytime snow will remain over the mountains and temperatures will struggle to break above freezing during the day.
An aggressive cold front is on track to drop into Montana Sunday night.
This system will keep temperatures significantly colder on Monday.
Snow is also likely however overall accumulation is expected to be less than an inch for most of Central Montana.
The Rocky Mountain Front along with the mountains will likely see a bit more in the way of snow.
Temperatures remain very cold through Wednesday with overnight lows in the single digits.
A gradual warming trend is expected for the second half of the work week.
