Less haze and temperatures more on track with average

Temperatures will remain cooler on Thursday following the passage of yesterdays cold front.

Skies will clear as the day play out with less smoke this afternoon.

Highs in the low to mid 80s are expected throughout Central Montana.

Despite the cooler temperatures, there is still a fire weather concern for Northeastern Montana.

Due to the low humidity levels and stronger wind a Fire Weather Warning will go into effect this afternoon in this region.

We'll see a little spike in temperatures on Saturday just ahead of our next weather maker.

Under mostly sunny skies highs are on track to reach the high 80s and early 90s.

The wind is also expected to pick up as this system approaches.

A strong area of low pressure and associated cold front is on track to move in Saturday evening.

This weather maker will significantly cool temperatures on Sunday and likely kick off a few showers.

Daytime high temperatures are expected to remain in the 60s through Monday.

Tuesday is expected to offer up the mid 70s for highs.
