Scattered showers will continue on Thursday, gradually becoming more widespread this afternoon.

Strong wind is also on track to move in today.

The strongest wind is expected in North Central Montana along the Rocky Mountain Front.

Gusts around 65 mph area not out of the question.

Temperatures will remain on the cool side reaching the low 60s this afternoon.

Skies will begin to clear as Friday rolls around however daytime highs will remain below average.

Weather conditions are on track to begin improving late Saturday.

This will allow for warmer temperatures to return on Sunday and Monday.
