Flurries taper off but the arctic air sticks around

A few lingering flurries are likely on Wednesday, however the brunt of the snow will continue to taper off.

Temperatures will remain very cold throughout the area, struggling to reach the 30s for daytime highs.

Overnight lows are expected to fall to the single digits for most.

Thursday is shaping up to be mostly dry however the cold air will remain camped out over the state.

Temperatures on Friday will finally climb above freezing once again reaching the low 40s.

This weekend is shaping up to be more average with highs in the low 50s for most.
