Extreme wind takes over all of Montana on Tuesday

Extreme wind is once again be the talking point throughout Montana.

Sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph are expected with gusts well over 60 mph.

Blowing dust and limited visibility is very likely over the next few days.

A High Wind Warning has been issues for nearly all of the state due to the extremely gusty wind.

The strong wind will help to push temperatures into the mid 50s for most on Tuesday.

There is a heightened fire danger due to the warmer temperatures, strong wind, and low humidity levels.

The wind is expected to let up a bit by Thursday.

Temperatures will continue to climb as we near he weekend with Friday likely reaching the low 60s.

This weekend is looking to be much colder with a chance of snow through Sunday.
