A Fire Weather Warning will remain in effect through the day, eventually expiring this evening.
Daytime high temperatures are on track with yesterday, reaching the low 80s in Central Montana.
A big reason for the increase in wind on Wednesday is because of an incoming cold front.
This front will settle in this afternoon and overnight.
Overnight lows are expected to fall to the high 40s for most.
Strong high pressure will return on Friday, allowing for temperatures to rebound to the high 80s.
Much like this past weekend, Saturday is expected to remain mild with the highs in the upper 80s.
Sunday on the other hand is trending much cooler with highs in the low 70s.
Colder air from Canada will continue to settle in on Monday.
Forecast models are suggesting that a few showers will accompany this incoming weather system.
Temperatures are looking to remain below average through at least Tuesday.
