Much like last week, a strong high pressure ridge is on track to take over the state.
This incoming pressure system will allow for clear skies and very hot temperatures.
Highs all week are expected to remain in the high 80s and low 90s for most.
A few isolated storms are likely Tuesday and Wednesday evening, however the coverage is expected to be minimal.
The biggest concern with the passing storms will be the lightning potential.
Vegetation throughout the state is beginning to dry out and a lighting string could quickly and easily cause a fire.
Grab some water and sunscreen... It's going to be a hot week ahead!
