Heading into late May we track a wetter and cooler than average outlook.

Showers remain isolated in southern Montana today.

A few stray showers could make their way into Central Montana tonight.

Our next system moves in tomorrow and will bring widespread showers across the state.

Expect snow in upper elevations and rain in lower elevations through the day Tuesday and Wednesday.

Some snow showers may mix in throughout lower elevations during overnight hours.

Temperatures overnight will get close to freezing across much of Central and Southwest Montana.

We hold steady in the upper 40s and low 50s during the day and mid to low 30s at night through Friday.
