A slow-moving Spring system continues to track through the state.

It is a soggy morning for most areas in Central Montana.

Rain could be heavy at times in lower elevations and snow will continue to accumulate in upper elevations.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for parts of the Rocky Mountain Front and Central Montana.

Wet, heavy snow will accumulate up to a foot above 5,000 ft in these areas.

Additional rain in lower elevations could total up to 0.5″ in the next 36 hours.

Runoff from rainfall and snow melt will increase flooding concerns into late week.

An Area Flood Advisory has already been issued for Meagher County since small stream flooding is already occurring.
