Winter weather isn’t giving up yet

Posted

Snow moves out this morning and temperatures hover around freezing.

Slick spots on roads are possible from refreezing of last night’s rain/snow and areas of pooling from flooding.

We aren’t quite done with the wintry mix today.

Another round of winter weather is forming across Southwest Montana this morning.

These rain/snow showers will move into south-central Montana by this afternoon and evening.

Light snow is expected above a line from Helena to Lewistown, but heavy snow is possible for places south of the line.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for Central and Southwest Montana until noon Friday, but we may see areas where the warning is expired early.

We will continue to keep you up-to-date on the latest warnings, watches, and advisories on air and online.
