Snow moves out of lower elevations, but still is possible for upper elevations through Central Montana.
A good amount of heavy snow showers moved through a little later last night.
That sent snow totals up and packed more snow on roadways.
Slick conditions are in store for Central Montana’s morning commute.
Gusts pick up to almost 40 MPH this morning.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 11 AM until 5 PM today due to blowing and drifting snow.
This will significantly reducing visibility at times.
We are also tracking a Wind Chill Advisory for the Northeast part of the state until 11 AM where values can dip down as low as 25 below zero.
We track more snow in the forecast for lower elevations by Sunday with upper elevations in Central Montana forecasted to see snow chances all week long.
There is also a wetter and cooler than average 6-10 day outlook forecast for most of the Treasure State.

Highway 191 has been reopened. Snow and ice are still on roadways and patchy blowing snow will limit visibility at times.
