Although high pressure has kept conditions dry and temperatures above average all weekend, a small low pressure trough moves in tonight which will increase cloud cover overnight and through Monday.

The trough will bring the possibility of some snow showers to the mountains Monday afternoon and evening.

Winds also pick up on Monday to breezy but the strongest winds looks to be Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon, with the strongest gusts expected along the Rocky Mountain Front.

Another trough and cold front moves through the region bringing a slight chance of some moisture along with it.

Most precipitation remains in the higher elevations but some snow could fall through the lower elevations.

Any accumulation in the lower elevations is anticipated to be light at this time.
