Winds die down Wednesday

It’s been another windy, mild day for most of our area.

Fortunately, our winds will begin to die down soon.

We’ll still keep the strong winds around Tuesday night and early Wednesday, but by Wednesday evening gusts will be down to about 20 miles per hour.

The reduction in wind also comes with a slight reduction in temperature.

Wednesday still starts off mild, in the 30s and 40s, but most of us won’t crack 50 degrees Wednesday afternoon.

Highs will be mainly in the mid to upper 40s under mostly cloudy skies.

The west wind will still bring in pacific moisture, so a few inches of mountain snow, especially along and west of the divide, cannot be ruled out.
