Warm(er) and sunny

This morning’s commute will likely be hazardous with stagnant water from yesterday’s rain turning to patchy ice as temperatures have fallen below freezing overnight.

There may also be a little patchy fog especially through Central Montana.

This afternoon we clear up and finally feel much warmer.

Even though we stay 10 degrees below average, most of The Treasure State will see mid 50s and upper 40s this afternoon.

Friday evening plans are looking clear.

We cool right back off for the weekend as clouds roll back into the area late tonight.

Shower/snow chances return again by Saturday, and cooler weather sticks around for a while because of a large trough developing through the west.
