Sunshine is back but cooler temperatures stick around

and last updated

Most of the rain and snow have moved off to the East.

Snow showers mixed with rain are still falling across the eastern parts of the Hi-Line.

With widespread showers and snow showers yesterday coupled with early morning freezing temperatures, wet road conditions have turned into patchy ice in some areas.

A list of current road conditions across Montana can be found here.

A Winter Weather Advisory is still in effect until noon today.

Rain and snow clear out by this afternoon, and we will see much more sunshine.

Temperatures stay much cooler than average for the rest of the week.

As wintry weather begins arriving in parts of Montana, people are advised to keep track of road and weather conditions.
