Renelle Braaten loved competing in city league volleyball. But participation was accompanied by a significant problem. Sport bras designed for large chested women did not exist. Renelle seemed an unlikely person to take on this challenge. She had been working as a barber in Havre for more than 35 years. Despite this, Renelle recruited her mother to help sew and develop a design that solved the problem. So began an extraordinary odyssey including the formation of a company, an eight-year quest to get to Oprah, and awards from two Montana Governors.
