UPDATE: Missing/Endangered Person Advisory canceled for elderly man from Colorado

GREAT FALLS — The Montana Department of justice said just before for 5 p.m. that the Missing/Endangered Person Advisory issued for Nicholas Golder has been canceled.

Golder was located safe in Billings. No other details have been released at this point; we will update you if we get more information.

The Fort Collins Police Department thanked everyone for their assistance.



(1st REPORT, 6:25 a.m.) A Missing/Endangered Person Advisory has been issued by the Montana Department of Justice for Nicholas Golder, an 86-year old man from Fort Collins, Colorado.

Golder was reportedly taken from a care facility in Fort Collins, Colorado by an unknown person. The DOJ says that Golder called his care facility and said he was in Montana.

He previously lived in Forsyth, and may be in the Billings area.

Golder is 5' 11", 160 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Nicholas has serious medical conditions, memory impairment, and needs medication that he does not have with him.
