BUSBY — A 17-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 212 west of Busby Saturday night after his vehicle struck a horse on the roadway, according to Montana Highway Patrol.
The man was traveling eastbound on Highway 212 near mile marker 23 when he struck the horse around 9 p.m. Saturday.
The man was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead on scene, according to MHP. His identity was not released.
Road conditions were dry and clear at the time of the crash. Speed is considered a factor, according to MHP.
