Don was drafted into the Army in 1963 and served his country until 1965 and was very proud to do his duty. After his discharge from the service, he started working at Lumber Yard Supply (LYS) in 1969 until 1999 when he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and had to quit.
