Edward Leo Myers III, Esq. died Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Murrieta, from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He was 56 years old.
A memorial service will be Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Ed Myers wanted to live and live he did. While born with osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bones disease), Ed never let his illness prevent him from doing the things he loved: studying history, traveling, advocating for those with disabilities, and living independently.
He was born in Great Falls and graduated high school at Charles M. Russell in Great Falls.
He graduated with degrees in International Relations and History with Honors and Law from the University of Montana. He was licensed to practice law in both, MT and AZ, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Federal District Courts in MT and AZ.
Ed is the ninth child of Dr. Edward Leo Myers II DVM (deceased) and Jeanne M. (Hallesy) (Lane) Myers (deceased), both of Great Falls.
Ed was unmarried and had no children.
In lieu of flowers, Ed would appreciate donations to Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.
