HELENA — The Montana VA Health Care System (MTVAHCS) will host a virtual town hall Thursday, February 25 to provide updates and answer questions about COVID-19 vaccinations and vaccine distribution efforts.

The event will run from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Click here if you would like to participate.

“We are grateful for the ways Veterans have remained engaged with their healthcare during the pandemic and we are excited to hold vaccination events around Montana until all enrolled Veterans who want to receive a COVID-19 vaccine are immunized,” said MTVAHCS director Dr. Judy Hayman. “We understand there are many questions about COVID-19 vaccines and vaccine distribution. We hope Veterans attend Thursday’s virtual town hall so we can answer as many questions as possible.”

MTVAHCS serves more than 47,000 enrolled veterans across Montana, an area of about 147,000 square miles.

Veterans can follow COVID-19 vaccination updates via email, Facebook, and Twitter. If a Veteran has questions about receiving the vaccine, they can send their healthcare team a secure message throughMyHealtheVet or call 844-819-0833 to set up a time to discuss the COVID-19 vaccine.
