The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing-Endangered Person Advisory for 32-year-old Jamie Ann Spurzem.
Spurzem is 5 foot 1 inches tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The advisory, issued at the request of the Butte Silver Bow Law Enforcement Agency, says that she is experiencing a mental health crisis and has left her home.
Authorities do no know where she might be headed at this time, and they are concerned for her welfare.
