BILLINGS – Firefighters recovered a male body from the Yellowstone River near Worden Saturday evening.
Worden Volunteer Fire Department Chief Lance Taylor said floaters on the river discovered the body on the north bank of the river near North 22nd Road at 4:11 p.m. Saturday.
Taylor said the department used a privately owned boat to recover the body around 6 p.m.
Taylor said authorities were unable to immediately identify the male.
The Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
