(1st Report, 11:14 a.m.) A statewide Missing/Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for JoVonne Justice of Belgrade.
Justice is a 42-year-old white woman with blue eyes and blonde hair recently dyed pink. She is 5’5″ and weighs 150 pounds.
She was last seen shoveling snow in front of her Belgrade home between 2-3 p.m. Friday, March 1.
