(UPDATE) NorthWestern Energy is reporting that power has been restored.
(1st Report) There are reports of several power outages west of Great Falls in the Sun Prairie area that are affecting around 1,000 customers.
The outages are around Sun Prairie and Vaughn, according to NorthWestern Energy’s website.
NorthWestern Energy estimates power may be restored by 2:30 p.m. There are no reports of what may have caused the outage.
“Customers” refers to a business or a residence so the number of people without electricity can be higher than the figure reported.
Safety reminder: if traffic lights are not working due to a power outage, the intersection must be treated as a four-way stop.
