The Flathead County Sheriff has confirmed that a missing Kalispell man was found dead.
Bradley Dean Becker, 29, was reported missing by his family earlier this week and had not been heard from since January 24.
Sheriff Brian Heino reported Flathead Search and Rescue and Two Bear Air found Becker several miles from his vehicle off a Forest Service road in the Red Gate Road area near Marion around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies from the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office had responded to a report of Becker’s pickup being found by a hunter on a side road on the Hubbard Reservoir, according to Sheriff Heino.
Flathead County deputies, Search and Rescue members, and Two Bear Air searched the area for Becker, who had been missing for six days.
Sheriff Heino said an initial investigation suggests Becker died due to the cold winter temperatures and exposure.
Becker’s golden retriever puppy was found alive near his body.
