Stockman Bank assisting federal employees impacted by shutdown

Stockman Bank implemented a plan to assist federal employees impacted by the government shutdown.

Bill Bickle, Stockman Bank Chief Credit Officer, said until the shutdown ends, Stockman Bank will offer to defer any loan payments that are due.

Bickle said post-shutdown, the bank will restructure debt for borrowers as necessary.

Stockman Bank added they will also work with commercial customers directly impacted by the shutdown on a case-by-case basis.

Stockman Bank is Montana’s largest, privately-held, family-owned, community bank. Stockman has 34 locations throughout Montana.
