The Chouteau County Sheriff’s Office took 13 deserving kids for a day of holiday shopping.
The Sheriff’s Office works with area schools to help find kids who need a little help around the holidays.
Parents helped put together a list of the child’s need including warm winter gear, everyday clothing, and shoes.
Kids accompanied deputies, detention officers, dispatchers, and other Sheriff’s staff to pick out exactly what they want.
The kids also get to pick out a toy for a little extra fun.
The Sheriff’s Office said it’s all thanks to generous community donations.
