GREAT FALLKS — Monday was President’s Day and many schools and businesses were closed for the holiday. But at Wheels Of Thunder in Great Falls, the fun started to roll even earlier than usual.

The skating rink and arcade has been a popular spot for a good time on wheels for nearly five years.

With schools closed and the cold weather keeping a lot of kids inside, Wheels Of Thunder decided to open their doors three hours earlier than usual.

Janine Heib, owner of Wheels Of Thunder, said she tries to open the skating rink early anytime the schools are closed to give parents a fun place to drop their kids off for an afternoon.
