GREAT FALLS — The Great Falls Rescue Mission is preparing for its second annual Week Of Compassion, which will be held March 7-13.
You are asked to give up something that week, for example a meal at a restaurant, and instead donate the money you would’ve spent to the Rescue Mission.
Rescue Mission director Jim McCormick said, "If you do one cup of coffee that you don't buy in a week or you don't go to a sub shop or you don't buy a hamburger that week, then that's okay. That's plenty. Let's all pitch together to try and help these folks get on their feet and move them forward in life.
If you don’t want to give up anything during the week, you can still donate by visiting the Rescue Mission website.
