GREAT FALLS — The Pacific Steel & Recycling Trailside Dog Park will be closed temporarily on Monday, October 21 from 6:30 a.m. to noon.
The closure is due to scheduled fertilization and maintenance at the park.
Lonnie Dalke of Great Falls Park & Recreation said, "With the high use of the park, regular maintenance, such as fertilization, helps maintain quality turf to enhance the experience of owners and pets alike.”
The park opened in July 2009, and features two large fenced areas - one for larger dogs, and one for smaller dogs. It is located at 800 River Drive North.
