Benefis Northwest, the newly completed 7,600 square foot urgent care and primary care service building, will open Monday, May 6.
Benefis Northwest is replacing the current Benefis Walk-In Express, which is located on 3rd St. NW in Great Falls.
The new facility will offer urgent care service, such as a laboratory and radiology, and primary care service that includes family practice and pediatrics. Routine lab draws will also be available in the new laboratory.
Benefis Medical Group Operations Director Amy Linder said, “We really have some expanded services that we didn’t have before and we really like the collaboration of putting family practice and pediatrics together so it’s more of a family feel, one stop shop for our patients.”
The building is located at 25 14th Avenue NW, which is the former Party America building.
Linder added, “A lot of our patients live on this side of town and it seems to be a growing area. I think that’s really what our focus has been is trying to make it easy for patients.”
There are 17 exam rooms, three of which are procedure rooms. Linder said the rooms can be used for minor procedures.
There will be extended hours during the week. Benefis Northwest will also be open Saturday and Sunday.
