GREAT FALLS— All of this snow means a lot of work to clean it up.
David Blanchard, of Mr. Green Landscape Solutions, says their crews were out as early as two o’clock this morning.
With the amount of snow from this story, they say it’s going to be two to three days before most properties are totally cleaned up.
Right now, they have more than 30 crew members working around the clock.
They say the biggest challenges are plowing around parked vehicles and finding a place to put all the snow.
“Right now, we’re getting more than 10 calls an hour […] for additional services for properties we’ve never seen,” Blanchard said. “People are stuck on the roads and [in] homes.”
But something as simple as cleaning your own sidewalk can ease the burden on workers’ shoulders. Meanwhile, citizens like Blanchard will continue to keep the logistics of community-wide transportation running smoothly.
