The Great Falls Development Authority will be moving from their office location on the fourth floor of the US Bank building located at 300 Central Ave to the Portage building at West Bank Landing.

Their new location will be the first mixed-use office building at West Bank Landing.

Brett Doney, the Great Falls Development Authority President and CEO said they’re really excited, “We’ve been looking to move into a more productive space for our team for quite some time.”

The Great Falls Development Authority works to grow and strengthen the economy and support the creation of higher wage jobs.

Their current location in the US Bank building has too much, poorly laid out space.

They were able to design their new space specifically for their team.

Doney added, “It will be much more productive for teamwork, creativity with our clients and our volunteers.”

Since they are downsizing, they are currently selling furniture before their move. They have tables, chairs, book cases, desks and hutches still available to be sold.

But, if you are interested, act fast! All furniture needs to go by Friday, December 28.

If you are interested in any of the furniture, you can email Brett Doney at BDoney@GFdevelopment.org

So far, most of their buyers have been other local nonprofits and businesses.

Money made from the furniture sale will go towards supporting the Development Authority and the move.

Doney also added the new space will be great for their clients, “Great when we’re bringing people in from outside the region. It’s a really exciting development over there. We’ve been working on west bank re-development since our founding 16 and a half year ago. So it’s great to see West Bank Landing starting to come to shape.”
