(GREAT FALLS) A full service and retail store for your pets is set to open in Great Falls soon.

Owner Ashley Wilkinson is excited to announce construction on her store, Fetch, is moving fast.

“We have the largest retail and services within the city, I don’t know anybody that is as big as us in the state,” Wilkinson said.

Fetch will offer grooming, a self-service dog wash station, day care, a training center and an 18 bed luxury boarding facility.

Along with services, you’ll be able to purchase apparel, pet-friendly bakery items, treats, and other retail needs from this one-stop shop.

The property also has 10,000 square feet of grass in the backyard that’s fenced off and will offer a place for your pets to play.

“I wanted to have a facility that I wanted to take my dogs to,” Wilkinson said.

Wilkinson decided to take her passion for animals and put it into a business because she was ready for a change.

“I have been a dog nut probably my entire life. I absolutely adore them. I’ve been training dogs for 13 years,” Wilkinson said.

This former attorney has knowledge in training and nutrition for animals.

“We want to educate the public about the nutrition for their dogs and cats and how they can better their lives and improve their lives,” Wilkinson said.

The training facility will have rubberized flooring which Wilkinson says is better for dog’s joints and knees during play time.

She also adds that they will be bringing a lot of new brands of food in that she personally backs because of their nutritional content.

“I’m very, very passionate about pet nutrition. After I lost my German Shephard almost a year ago, I really started delving into nutrition and how I could have fed her differently, how I could have made a change in her life. And it opened my eyes. We are bringing in a lot of foods. About 60% of our foods people would have seen, but about 40 percent of our foods I personally back, I like their nutrition content,” Wilkinson said.

Fetch currently has a Facebook and Instagram. Their website is set to launch in the next week or so, where you will be able to schedule appointments.

Wilkinson hopes to be open mid-December before Christmas.

Fetch will be open seven days a week. Their hours of operation will be:

Monday- Friday 7:30AM-8:00PM

Saturday 9:00AM-7:00PM

Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM

Staff will work 365 days a year. As of right now, Fetch is fully staffed and not looking to hire anymore employees.

Fetch is located at 1408 3rd Street NW.
