(GREAT FALLS) A property in Great Falls that has been vacant for over 15 years is now for sale.

The Buffalo Crossing located on Bay Drive along the Missouri River in the West Bank Urban Renewal Area is just over three acres.

There are a total of six lots for sale, one including the existing Barrel Vault Building along Central Avenue West.

The building was once a home and interior store that closed in 1996.

Owner Ken Holman had plans to sell it in the past but those deals fell through.

Now working with Fusion Architecture, Holman hopes to find buyers who will put something in the lots that people can go and enjoy the view of the Missouri River.

This building is part of the sale. It has not been occupied since 1996. It used to be a home and interior store.

Architect Bill Stuff says the property is zoned M2 – mixed use. This means they will accept buyers who wish to put restaurants, bars, offices, retailers, and even condos and apartment in the space.

Stuff says the property was sub-divided into six lots in February to encourage development of one of the last remaining riverfront properties in Great Falls.

If you are interested in purchasing a lot you can contact Bill Stuff with Fusion Architecture at (406)-315-3618 or Owner Ken Holman at (406)-788-7700.
