It happened near 3rd Avenue South and 31st Street.
So this afternoon an early 90’s black single cab Chevy was cruising through our alley. They stopped and attempted to steal a backpack sprayer from my neighbor. I yelled at them and the passenger tried to jump in the back of he truck as it took off… he missed and was dug down the alley and then down the pavement for half a block!
